We're looking for a Field Quality Engineer to join our Team in Austin TX .
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess field issues through detailed NC (non-conformance) / failure analysis, identify data trends and drive quantified root cause identification
- Works closely with Customer Service / Field Application Engineers and cross functional teams to identify root cause and establish corrective actions for installation, maintenance, workmanship, application, and design related issues.
- Prioritize initiatives according to the customer impact, cost-benefit analysis and risk association, perform quality stand downs with customer service / quality technicians as needed to convey and correct quality issues
- Develop a system to identify new failure modes and react accordingly, own and provide governance of corrective and preventative actions.
- Monitor, communicate and improve key customer facing KPI's; Warranty as % of Sales, Out of Box pass rate, RMA FA Time, Model / Part / Manufacturing date failure rate

Salary : $66,500 - $97,570
Bonus : target bonus opportunity 5%
