As aRegional Sales Manager in So. CA & Mountain Statesyou'll be responsible forstrategically driving sales in the So. CA and Mountain States across all business groups and developing and maintaining strong agent, distributor, specifier, and contractor relationships.

What you'll do
- Positively promote and manage all Signify Lighting products within the district
- Manage and collaborate with local sales agents to maximize sales and profitability
- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with distributor partners and strategic end user clients and influencers
- Create strong synergy in the zone by working closely with other RSMs, Specification Sales Leads, and other internal Signify personnel to build a winning culture that leads to success in the zone.
Your qualifications
- BS degree
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial sales across a multi-state territory
- Knowledge of the lighting, controls or electrical distribution business. In-depth knowledge of products and applications to include lamps, ballasts, lighting fixtures and controls is preferred
- Must have strong relationships with distribution and key contractors in the Region
- Have experience in developing and driving distribution plans to achieve growth.
- Be willing to develop new distributor relationships to drive conversions and discretionary business.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
What you'll get in return...
Salary: $120,000 - $176,000
Bonus:Target 35% Sales Incentive bonus
