Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our enterprise application development team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience in building scalable, high-performance applications using C#/.NET, MongoDB, and cloud-native platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) or Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF). You ll play a hands-on role in designing and delivering APIs, improving CI/CD pipelines, and driving development excellence in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
<>Technical & Delivery:Design, develop, and deploy components from end to end.
Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with the product manager and team to estimate tasks and provide status updates.
Participate in design, code, and architecture reviews.
Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams for seamless delivery.
Develop robust server-side applications using C# and .NET frameworks.
Build REST and SOAP-based APIs in a high-volume, transaction-heavy environment.
Execute CRUD operations and optimize complex database queries.
Apply TDD/BDD for unit, functional, and integration testing.
Improve CI/CD processes and enhance application reliability.
Identify project risks early and assist in mitigation planning.
Partner with Release Managers to streamline deployment strategies.
Work with Site Reliability Engineers on observability and chaos engineering practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10 years of enterprise software development experience.
4 years of experience designing/deploying scalable systems.
Technical Skills:
Languages/Frameworks: C#, .NET, REST, SOAP
Database: MongoDB (expert-level)
Cloud: Google Cloud Platform or Pivotal Cloud Foundry (hands-on experience)
Security: Authentication/Authorization implementation
Testing: TDD, BDD, test automation frameworks
Monitoring: Splunk, BigQuery, or similar tools
Architecture: Strong understanding of SOLID principles
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development frameworks
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and performance tuning
Self-motivated, excellent problem-solving skills, and creative thinker.
Salary : $55 - $60
