Position Summary :

The Manufacturing Engineer II will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving a variety of machining and assembly processes at SIG SAUER’s firearm facilities located in NH. Emphasis will be placed on CNC machining and assembly of precision firearm components utilizing clearly defined technical drawings and interchangeable parts. In addition, this position will require execution of manufacturing feasibility, quality planning and corrective action for internal quality concerns.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Plan and design manufacturing processes in plant.
• Implement manufacturing processes for new and existing firearm product designs while providing budgetary estimates for equipment, tools, gages and production rate.
• Use project management techniques to procure tooling and equipment for new products to meet launch timelines and cost targets.
• Evaluate and improve product designs for Manufacturability while applying GD&T and dimensional stackups.
• Provide production floor support to maintain output and quality for technical systems and manufacturing processes including :

High volume CNC machining
