What You’ll Do:
- Bring expertise and experience in working with carriers within the Florida property insurance market.
- Guide clients in selecting the right insurance policies tailored to their unique needs.
- Present and deliver approved policies to new clients, clearly explaining both benefits and risks.
- Complete and submit applications, issue quotes, maintain client records, and prepare reports.
- Proactively research and identify new business opportunities, building strong, long-term client relationships.
- Create customized insurance programs that meet the specific needs of each individual client.
- Reassess the insurance needs of existing clients to ensure optimal coverage.
- Stay informed of industry trends, latest market developments, and best practices.
- Achieve new business production goals and contribute to overall team success by meeting established objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Active 2-20 or 20-44 license.
- Sales oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment. 3 years of experience in insurance sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage clients professionally.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experienced with Applied Epic.
- Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced setting, maintaining efficiency and focus under pressure.
