Data Engineer with Data Vault and DBT

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our team and support the developing and maintaining a modern data infrastructure. If you have expertise in Data Vault modeling and DBT for data transformation, and you are eager to work on projects for the pharmaceutical sector, this opportunity is for you!

Your tasks

• Apply data engineering practices and standards to develop robust and maintainable data pipelines
• Support business stakeholders in defining new data product use cases and their value
• Take ownership of data product pipelines and their maintenance
• Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability, be the "Quality Gatekeeper" for developed Data Products
• Adapt and apply best practices from the Data One community
• Be constantly looking for ways to improve best practices and efficiencies and make concrete proposals.
• Take leadership and collaborate with other teams proactively to keep things moving
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a data engineer as minimum
• Technical expertise with data modeling techniques such as Data Vault
• Advanced expertise with ETL tools (Talend, Alteryx, etc.) and SQL programming
• Familiarity with Data Transformation Tools like DBT and DataOps practices (CI/CD, GitLab, DataOps.live)
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and lifecycle management of data products
• Knowledge of Data Mesh and FAIR principles
• Fluent communication in both Polish and English
