Job Responsibilities
The Production Operator Specialist will be responsible for ensuring maximum production quantity and quality during an 8 or 12-hour shift. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating manual or semiautomatic systems that process chemical substances into industrial or consumer products.
- Loading and unloading materials into and out of equipment units.
- Monitoring gauges, signals, and recorders, and receiving notification from quality control laboratory, supervisor, or other workers to make specified operating adjustments.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new processes and procedures.
