Job Description
This position assists the AP Manager in running day to day operations for Sika Corporation’s Accounts Payable department. The Accounts Payable Supervisor’s role involves close interaction with various departments within the corporate headquarters and throughout the organization.
Specific Responsibilities
Oversee the processing of vendor invoices through VIM, including researching inquiries, providing guidance for end-users on processing and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Job Description
This position assists the AP Manager in running day to day operations for Sika Corporation’s Accounts Payable department. The Accounts Payable Supervisor’s role involves close interaction with various departments within the corporate headquarters and throughout the organization.
Specific Responsibilities
Oversee the processing of vendor invoices through VIM, including researching inquiries, providing guidance for end-users on processing and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Assist with processing checks runs, wire, and ACH payments in a timely manner.
- Responsible for vendor relationships and researching inquiries.
- Review, document and improve departmental processes and procedures.
- Assist in training, developing, mentoring and supervising AP Team.
- Provide support and assistance for annual audit.
- Works on special projects as assigned by manager.
- Resolves issues in document handling and assists in resolution of issues.
- Assists with system upgrade testing and onboarding new entities as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of Accounts Payable experience, 1 year in a supervisor position preferred.
- SAP experience required. VIM experience helpful.
- Ability to work as a hands-on team player.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills required.
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work.
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
