The Army TADSS Maintenance Program (ATMP) is a seven year Single Award ID/IQ contract for maintenance, sustainment, operations, and support of Army Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS), Live-Fire Ranges, and Instrumentation Systems. The ATMP portfolio includes ~250,000 live, virtual, constructive, and gaming TADSS located at 422 sites worldwide. The primary customer is PEO STRI in Orlando, FL. PEO STRI’s published vision for ATMP is integrated, one-stop, worldwide maintenance and sustainment for Army Program of Record (POR) TADSS.Site Manager and DRTS Operational lead – Leads teams to brief, instruct, and train Army users on installation/de-installation, set-up, maintenance, and performing mission tasks utilizing Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) on weapons platforms at the Digital Air/Ground Integration Range (DAGIR) at Yano Range, Fort Knox, KY. Maintains existing exportable training support packages that integrates training products and materials necessary to train the system. As Site Manager you will oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. As DRTS Operational Lead, you will manage project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives enterprise wide. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Responsible for tracking the supply needs for Yano as well as other ranges enterprise wide.

Advance NCOES or Officer course.
Familiar with Army Tactics, and Gunnery on platforms such as M1A1, M1A2 Tanks, and Bradley’s.
Master Gunner. Familiar with Player units. Familiar with various targets. Understands IP addressing of targets
