Starting Pay Rate: $21.00/Hr
Full Time or Part Time: Full Time
Standard Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week
Work Schedule: Shift starts 8:00 AM MT

Responsibilities:
Guest Reception: Greet and assist visitors with professionalism, assess their needs, and provide personalized, accurate information.
Communication Management: Answer and manage inbound and outbound calls promptly, interpret caller needs, process requests, and deliver clear, accurate information.
Administrative Support: Draft and prepare correspondence, manage email communications, produce documents, coordinate meetings, arrange lunches, and handle other administrative tasks as assigned.
Operational Assistance: Support office maintenance, ensure compliance with SOC requirements for visitors, and oversee kitchen/breakroom responsibilities, ensuring it is well-stocked, organized, and maintained, along with other operational duties as needed. As well as any additional administrative duty as assigned.
Required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with vendors, external partners, and staff at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Superior organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize, coordinate multiple tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
- High ethical standards; entrusted with corporate credit card usage.
- A minimum of an intermediate proficiency in Microsoft suite.
- High school diploma, GED or any combination of education, professional training or work experience that demonstrates ones' ability to perform the functions of the job.
