Starting Pay Rate: $48,000 - $51,000
Full Time or Part Time: Full Time
Standard Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week
Work Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (MST)
Schedule Type: In-office with hybrid flexibility

Responsibilities:

As a relationship specialist, you will provide best in class service to our elite agents via telephone support in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner. This role requires patience, empathy, and listening skills to handle all requests and concerns. Occasionally, there will be complaints or complex problems, which allows development in conflict resolution and team collaboration.

Administrative duties are intertwined in the role of a relationship specialist. These duties may include processing requests or the research and resolutions of situations that vary in nature. SILAC provides ongoing training to enhance the knowledge and accuracy in responding to inquiries of diverse complexity.

As a relationship specialist you will be able to communicate effectively with agents and IMO's. Problem solving and handling business from start to finish while processing with a priority.

SILAC is looking for a detail-oriented individual that possesses the technical know-how to update our systems and utilize reports for fraud, privacy issues, complaints, and suggestions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or any combination of education, professional training, or work experience that demonstrates ability to do the job.
• 1-2 years of Customer experience.
• Ability to coordinate calls for Agent inbound and outbound communications.
• Ability to monitor and adapt to a caller's situation; and to employ professional demeanor, courtesy, and excellent listening skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to complete tasks correctly and in a timely manner.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions promptly.
• Ability to work specific hours to meet standards for phone coverage.
• Experience using computers including PC applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, or Outlook.
• Proficiency in annuity product knowledge and guidelines.
• Proficiency in Annuity Intake and Annuity Policy Administration Service software.
• Knowledge of all annuity forms and their requirements.
• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
