Job Summary:
Silbar Security, a nationally franchised company, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our corporate team in Chesapeake, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing weekly schedules for approximately 60 employees, answering multiline phones, and performing various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage weekly schedules for all employees
- Handle incoming calls via a multiline phone system
- Assist with general office administrative tasks
- Maintain and update scheduling software (training provided)
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in scheduling (preferred)
- Prior experience in Security or similar field
- Exceptional attendance and punctuality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems independently
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking ability
