Compliance Coordinator

Shift: 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday - Thursday)
Position Overview
Work in an exciting industry as a Compliance Coordinator. Every product manufactured at SilencerCo is heavily regulated, which requires each product to be assigned a unique serial number. Having a strong attention to detail and ability to complete numerous tasks with high quality is a must, as you will help manage all serialized products that move throughout the facility. This position is extremely important and has a huge responsibility to our company and our customers.
- This position reports to the Compliance Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Helps the department ensure compliance with ATF, NFA & Export Regulations.
- Learn to navigate through all systems to accomplish daily tasks.
- Submit Form transfers and manufacture reports to the ATF daily and upload approved forms to our systems.
- Staging approved serial numbers for 4473 appointments.
- Warranty repair validation checks and ticket confirmations.
- Serialized checkouts to internal departments.
- Acquisition of new serialized items into the logbook.
- Gaining product knowledge to ensure compliance with regulation and assist with questions and orders.
- Work from a team email and answer phone calls. Daily average: 100 emails, 5 phone calls.
- Scheduling and processing 4473 appointments with customers.
- Monthly 4473 auditing.
- Working with the shipping department to ship and track orders.
- Taking new orders and payment processing with customers.
- Processing serialized update requests with ATF and confirming complete.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Keep a safe, clean, and organized work space.
- Comply with safe work practices; work injury procedures, workers comp, and safety standards.
Job Qualifications

- Advanced computer skills (MAC)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Auditing experience
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Proven ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines
- Experience working in the firearm industry
