We are seeking a Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and process optimization. This role will be instrumental in financial planning, risk management, and ensuring fiscal responsibility, working closely with senior leadership to drive informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities :
Oversee financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and industry financial reporting standards.
Develop and maintain financial policies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to provide key insights to executive leadership.
Create cash flow forecasts and monitor financial health to ensure liquidity and sustainability.
Lead the annual budgeting process, working with department heads to set financial targets.
Monitor and control operating expenses, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Manage audit processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
Work with tax advisors and auditors to oversee tax filings, audits, and compliance obligations.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and tax regulations.
Experience with QuickBooks.
Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and forecasting tools.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
