We are seeking an internal IT Administrator to manage our IT Infrastructure, user accounts, software subscriptions, and act as primary liaison between our team and NetCov. This role ensures that our employees have seamless access to IT resources while maintaining efficient communication and issue resolution with our external IT service provider. Key Responsibilities :
Oversee user account management, including onboarding, offboarding, and permissions across all internal systems.
Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, licenses, and software subscriptions.
Ensure compliance with security policies and access controls to protect company data.
Troubleshoot basic IT issues (connectivity, software access, user requests) before escalating to NetCov.
Act as the primary point of contact between Silent Falcon and NetCov for IT support, troubleshooting, and infrastructure needs.
Coordinate escalations, service requests, and IT project implementation with NetCov.
Maintain IT support documentation and ensure smooth communication of technical requirements.
Manage software subscriptions, renewals, and license allocations for company-wide IT tools.
Monitor IT expenses and assist in budgeting for IT-related purchases and upgrades.
Work with NetCov to ensure adherence to IT security policies, data protection, and cybersecurity best practices.
Assist in IT audits, compliance tracking, and system updates to meet security standards.
Assist employees with technical issues, device setup, and system access requests.
Maintain an IT knowledge base with guides and FAQs for common technical issues.
Qualifications and Skills :
Experience in IT Administration, helpdesk support, or vendor coordination.
Strong knowledge of user account management, cloud services, and software licensing.
Experience working with IT service providers preferred.
Strong organizational skills to manage IT subscriptions and assets.
Excellent communication skills to liaise between employees and external IT vendor.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently while escalating major issues appropriately.
