Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 7 maintenance technicians on shift
- Coordinate with shift leadership team to ensure desired outcomes
- Synchronize with production, quality, and maintenance personnel as needed
- Ensure proper usage of CMMS
- Monitor and enforce PM completion and work order completion for corrective actions
- Maintain production equipment to maximize operating performance and assist with maintaining electrical spare parts' inventory levels
