**Job Responsibilities:** As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, driving production performance, and partnering with cross-functional teams to bring high-quality packaging to some of America's most respected food and consumer brands. You will also oversee equipment audits, upgrades, and overhauls to maintain optimal performance.
- Conduct training for team members on machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Evaluate new equipment to ensure it meets production, cost, and quality targets.
**Requirements:** BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred. 6 or more months of mechanical or production engineering experience. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or similar design tools. Willingness to travel up to 30 percent as needed.
