About the Role
As a dedicated sales professional, you will cultivate and expand existing relationships with leading food manufacturers in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned book of regional and core business, developing strong relationships and growing these accounts against annual revenue and margin targets.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales goals.
- Improve business earnings and cash flow through pricing, cost reduction, and inventory control.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Conduct monthly and year-end sales forecasts, manage budgets, and generate customer and market share reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience managing a book of business.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Critical thinking skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on relationship building.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% overnight.
