Silicon Valley Hearing, Inc. is looking to hire a new Patient Care Coordinator. This is a fast-paced practice with a great reputation and awesome customer service. We need someone that to be the first face patients see when they enter our practice!

Job responsibilities include:
- Inputs and maintains patient information for the electronic patient management database, includes scanning of documents
- Appropriately schedules all patient appointments, keeping leads, referrals, and patient intake documents on track
- Juggles patient check-ins/outs, calls and emails like a pro!
- Maintains good public and patient relationships
- Exercises confidentiality relating to all business and client information
- Distributes and assists patients in properly completing paper intake forms, if necessary
- Maintains office schedule to maximize productivity and ensure efficiency
- Insurance verification & billing third-party insurance
- Collects and records payments
- Works together with team to ensure high quality patient care
- Performs other miscellaneous office duties as assigned, including light cleaning and tidying up tasks
Qualified candidates will have:
- Minimum of 2 years of front desk medical office experience (preferred0
- Ability to communicate well with others
- Clear and good speaking skills when engaging with individuals who have hearing loss
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills for a diverse patient base
- Excellent organization skills to be able to perform numerous duties with deadlines
- Ability to deal with numerous interruptions
- Excellence in customer care! Must deal with patients in a respectful and caring manner
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Acrobat
- Keen attention to detail!
Compensation and Benefits:
- $22-$25/hourly rate, depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday – Thursdays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Fridays from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
- Full coverage for medical and dental insurance after a 90-day introductory period.
- Qualification for a Simple IRA plan upon completion of 12 months worked with the Company.
- Paid Time-Off, Sick Pay, and Holidays after a 90-day introductory period.
