About You:
You have a self-starting work ethic, and hold yourself to a high standard when it comes to performance. You have experience with prospecting, emailing, and cold calls, and you are eager to develop yourself at a fast-growing company. Huge bonus if you’re familiar with the social commerce and e-commerce ecosystem.
- Demonstrate your commitment to success by consistently achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales objectives
- Generate new business opportunities by cross selling existing accounts and reaching out to new opportunities via phone calls, emails and social media
- Develop an understanding of OverCast’s marketing services to effectively qualify leads, ensuring we confidently demonstrate the power of social commerce and the next generation of performance marketing
- Adhere to our sales process and maintain HubSpot cleanliness, enabling informed and data-driven decisions that benefit the entire organization

Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred in the performance marketing and ecommerce sector.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- The ability to foster strong relationships and build rapport with stakeholders and decision-makers at large retail brands
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to understand customer pain points and identify potential solutions
- Ideally located in Los Angeles, CA area
