What You Will Be Doing
As VP of Marketing, you will lead and execute a results-driven marketing strategy that directly impacts revenue growth and business success. Your key responsibilities include:
- Driving Business Growth: Ensure that marketing initiatives directly contribute to revenue and long-term success.
- Overseeing Brand Positioning & Demand Generation: Develop marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Use performance analytics to track KPIs (pipeline growth, conversion rates, brand impact) and optimize marketing ROI.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Align marketing efforts with company objectives, collaborating with sales, product, and creative teams.
- Scaling & Optimizing Marketing Efforts: Manage and grow a high-performing marketing team, ensuring measurable and scalable strategies.
- Multi-Channel Execution: Oversee content marketing, paid ads, SEO, email campaigns, and social media engagement.

You Should Join Us If You:
- Have 5 years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or digital marketing.
- Have scaled and led high-performing marketing teams, managing content, demand generation, and brand functions.
- Are results-driven and analytical, using data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
- Have a proven track record of:
- Exponentially increasing inbound leads through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Improving brand awareness, website traffic, and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Enhancing digital conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization.
- Have strong multi-channel expertise, including content marketing, paid ads, email, and social media.
- Have B2B marketing experience, ideally within complex sales cycles.
- Are an inspiring leader, fostering collaboration and managing creative and design teams effectively.
- Are fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Struggle in fast-paced environments.

Salary : $175,000 - $200,000
