The Position :
The Accounting Assistant conducts all business activities representing GracoRoberts with the highest level of personal and professional ethics and integrity. Focuses on meeting the customer's, Board of Director's, and internal GracoRoberts Management Team's needs and expectations. Follows established processes and procedures to ensure all quality requirements are met.
Salary : $27-$30hr
Your Duties :
- Assist with posting and preparing journal entries.
- Assist in monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
- Assist with end-of-month reporting.
- Managing the Corporate Credit Card Program.
- Customer Sales tax Updates.
