Based in LaGrangeville, NY at Sky Acres Airport, Skygeek Logistics Inc, has served the aircraft community as well as the aviation industry at large for over fifty years.
Duties:
The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk. This includes providing troubleshooting and problem resolution for users, resolving escalated issues, and working closely with the IT department to ensure that high quality customer service is provided.
Payrate: $55,000 - $60,000 per year.
After initial on-site training of up to 90 days, this will become a hybrid position requiring employee to be in onsite 2 to 3 days per week
Your Duties:
- Providing 1st, 2nd and third level Call Center support.
- Building, configuring, and deploying of all workstation assets across five locations/states.
- Utilizing advanced skills to analyzeand resolve technical issues and tasks, including setting up shared drives,mapping network drives, installing and updating software, and networktroubleshooting.
- Identifying, assessing, recording, resolving or escalating incidentsand service requests ensuring they are handled within an agreed time limit,within agreed processes and in a professional and customer sensitive manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in information technology or associateddiscipline from an accredited college or university preferred.

2 - 3 years working in Information Technology Service Deskenvironment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft O/S, Office O365, and active directories.
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the time to other domestic locations.

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
