Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

Summary:
Functions in a non-supervisory role leading daily transactional activity within the resin manufacturing department. The Lead triages issues, assists in prioritizing transactions, and provides mentoring, on-the-job training, and formal training to manufacturing clerks.
Your Duties:
- Prepare finished resin product as per work order/instructions, including accurate measurement of component weights.
- Mentor and train clerks within the manufacturing and/or repackaging environment on daily activities and specific functions.
- Pull and inspect raw material received from warehouse against work order.
- Careful review of work order instructions and associated SDS to ensure adherence to specified ratios, parameters, and material handling and PPE.
Requirements:
- Production experience, especially in a chemical or compounding setting preferred.
- Blending experience is preferred.
- At least 1 year as a lead in a manufacturing setting.
- Lifting up to 50lbs alone, team lifting over 50lbs.
- This position works with chemical instruction sheets. Candidate must read and write English.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements:
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
