Pay: $24.00-$26.00hr

Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

Summary:

Functions in a non-supervisory role leading daily transactional activity within the resin manufacturing department. The Lead triages issues, assists in prioritizing transactions, and provides mentoring, on-the-job training, and formal training to manufacturing clerks.

Your Duties:

• Prepare finished resin product as per work order/instructions, including accurate measurement of component weights.
• Mentor and train clerks within the manufacturing and/or repackaging environment on daily activities and specific functions.
• Pull and inspect raw material received from warehouse against work order.
• Careful review of work order instructions and associated SDS to ensure adherence to specified ratios, parameters, and material handling and PPE.

Requirements:

• Production experience, especially in a chemical or compounding setting preferred.
• Blending experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year as a lead in a manufacturing setting.
• Lifting up to 50lbs alone, team lifting over 50lbs.
• This position works with chemical instruction sheets. Candidate must read and write English.

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
