Who We are :

Pay : $140,000-$150,000 bonus

Your Duties :

• Direct management responsibility for Resin Formulators planning, production, packaging, labeling, and quality control functions and personnel.
• Collaborate with Leadership in developing and executing strategic roadmap for the Resin Formulators business.
• Optimize equipment utilization and assess production capacity requirements. Develop business cases to support expanded capacity needs in labor and equipment.
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. Plan capital expenditures to ensure adequate capacity in near- and long-term horizons.
• Ensure Resin Formulators complies with all environmental and regulatory requirements across all levels of government (Federal, State Local).
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction in the manufacturing environment.
• Enforce company personnel policies for assigned staff, including hiring and termination, performance reviews, and time clock review and approval.
