Summary :
The position collaborates with various departments to ensure material and shipments comply with, and are executed to, Customer requirements and to GracoRoberts quality standards. This role processes, reviews, and prepares customer order documentation for shipment, including generation of certificate of analysis (C of A), test report data, and certifications.
What You Will Do Everyday :
- Obtain, scan and upload documents related to customer sales order in the ERP.
- Provides support for root cause and corrective / preventative actions.
- Participates in continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance to AS9100 / AS9120 standards.
- Assists with general activities within the Quality Management System such as internal audits and product inspection.
- Accesses supplier or customer portals for documentation and shipping authorization.
- Assist with documentation and order compliance.
