Silo Restaurant Manager | Key Responsibilities:Operations & Service Excellence:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain the highest levels of hospitality, service, and cleanliness in line with fine dining standards.
- Manage reservations and guest flow to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor and improve front-of-house (FOH) service, providing ongoing staff training and feedback.
Staff Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, fostering a team-oriented culture.
- Conduct regular training on hospitality, service standards, menu knowledge, and wine pairing.
- Lead pre-shift meetings to ensure staff is informed about menu updates, special events, and service goals.
- Set performance expectations and provide coaching to maintain a high level of professionalism and morale.
Guest Experience & Community Engagement:
- Ensure personalized and memorable dining experiences by engaging with guests and handling feedback professionally.
- Promote a warm and welcoming atmosphere, fostering strong relationships with loyal guests and local community members.
- Partner with marketing teams to promote seasonal offerings, farm collaborations, and special dining events.
Financial & Inventory Management:
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profitability, working closely with the Food and Beverage Director, General Manager and the Culinary Team.
- Monitor and manage labor costs, food and beverage costs, and overall operational expenses.
- Maintain inventory control for beverages, restaurant supplies, and FOH needs.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
