Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant:
- Schedule and confirm appointments and address scheduling conflicts
- Coordinate site visits for high-profile clients
- Serve as a minute-taker for important meetings
- Assist with office errands, shopping, and returns
- Support execute business and personal events
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives
- Manage confidential information with discretion
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Keep inventory of kitchen supplies, including snacks and beverages
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Ensure the office is clean and presentable at all times
- Coordinate office events and meetings
- Manage CEO's and family calendar and schedule appointments
- Handle travel arrangements, including international flights
- Assist with children's activities and scheduling, as well as driving as needed (must have a safe car and insurance)
- Create shopping, household, and vendor lists
- Add and maintain contacts, files, and personal records
- Perform personal errands as needed
- Ensure flexibility for varying weekend and morning and evening schedule adjustments
Skills/Knowledge/Behaviors:

- Show great precision and accuracy when dealing with details
- Impeccable time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
- A blend of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, and Executive Assistant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
- Tech-savvy and confident to streamline tasks and improve productivity
- Knowledge of travel and expense management platforms preferred
