Silver and Blue Concrete, Inc. is looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to join our team. Our company is charged with purpose in delivering our clients a level of professionalism they have not experienced and our employees a platform to achieve their fullest potential.
Concrete Foreman’s work closely with Superintendents, Project Engineers/Project Managers and others on his/her team. This position offers the opportunity to gain experience working in the commercial construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall on-site leadership on construction project sites, offering direction, hiring and termination assistance, training, and guidance to the crew.
- Ensure crew strictly adhere to safety procedures and regulations, utilizing appropriate tools and equipment for each task.
- Lead a crew through various projects including ground up constructing consisting of slab on grade, slab on decks, monolithic slabs, post tensioned slabs, sidewalks, curbs & gutters, cross pans, ADA ramps, paving, piers etc..
- Cultivate, train, and develop employees to create opportunities for internal advancement.
- Maintain effective communication with Silver and Blue Concrete, Inc. Project Managers, Superintendents, clients, contractors, and inspectors to ensure projects are executed according to specifications and above industry standards.
- Plan and coordinate job schedules, including equipment and material requirements, to ensure timely completion of all projects within allocated hours.
- Complete projects in a timely, accurate, and safe manner, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge in reading and understanding blueprints, specifications, and plans.
- 3 years as a concrete foreman
- Have a valid drivers license and experience operating skid steers.
- Must be capable of engaging in physical activities that require considerable use of your arms, legs, and whole body, including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
- Must be bilingual

Ability to Relocate:
- Colorado Springs, CO 80915: Relocate before starting work (Required)
