The Case-up Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful operation of the Case-up department at Silver Bay Seafoods LLC. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supervising a crew of up to 80 employees, communicating effectively with all departments to maintain a smooth production flow, and enforcing sanitation practices to produce a safe product.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of employees in the Case-up department.
- Communicate regularly with the Production Manager, Freezer and Shipping Department, and other relevant departments.
- Monitor and maintain attendance records, training programs, and employee performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and safety policies, and report any issues or concerns to the Chief Engineer.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2 years of experience in fish processing and packaging.
