We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dock Terminal Manager to join our team at Silver Bay Seafoods LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dock terminal, ensuring efficient offloads, and providing excellent customer service to fishing vessels.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise dock tasks, including offloads, servicing ice, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain accurate inventory of dock-related equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Cordinate with Fleet, Plant, and Production Managers to schedule efficient offloads.
- Communicate effectively with fishermen and tank leads to ensure a smooth flow of fish into the plant.
- Provide ice as needed for fishing vessels.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the seafood industry.
- Strong knowledge of nautical terms, navigation, and seamanship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions.
