Main Responsibilities:
- Schedule efficient offloads with Fleet, Plant, and Production Managers.
- Coordinate with fishing vessels to ensure timely and safe operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory of dock-related equipment.
- Monitor location and condition of tender equipment.
- Supervise crew members, including Dock Leads and a Dock Supervisor.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous supervisory experience in the seafood industry is required.
