- Manage dock activities, including offloads, servicing ice, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and perform routine maintenance.
- Coordinated with Fleet, Plant, and Production Managers to schedule efficient offloads.
- Communicate effectively with fishermen and tank leads to ensure a smooth flow of fish into the plant.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the seafood industry.
- Strong knowledge of nautical terms, navigation, and seamanship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions.
