As a Personal Care Aide at Silver Care LLC, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate support and assistance to our clients in their homes. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Help with household chores including meal preparation, laundry, and light cleaning.
- Support clients in mobility and transportation needs as required.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in condition to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with resident rights and promote dignity for all clients.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in personal or home care services, preferably working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
- Strong understanding of resident rights and commitment to providing dignified care.
- Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
- Ability to assist clients with daily living activities effectively.
- Knowledge of memory care practices is a plus.
- Valid driver's license may be required for transportation duties.
- Experience in long-term or community-based care settings is beneficial.
