What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Silver City Grant County Chamber of Commerce?
- This job may range from 20-40 hours a week, with a schedule that would fluctuate as to the times needed and will include some weekends. The job involves assisting the executive director and office manager of the chamber with a variety of chamber duties, which includes administration of the Grant County Veterans Memorial Business and Conference Center. This includes assisting with scheduling of events, working with event coordinators, set-up and take-down from events, general supervision of events while in progress, assisting with event coordinator needs during events, contract and payment management, some janitorial type needs during events, chamber business such as mailings of information packets on the area, some computer work, answering phones, greeting visitors, and other general assistant needs as they arise.
