Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in our Stone Divison. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and leveraging technical knowledge to meet client needs. This position offers an opportunity to develop your sales skills while contributing to the overall success of the company.

Essential Functions:

• Greet clients and create rapport
• Maintain clean and tidy showroom with current product displays and samples
• Responsible for extensive product knowledge to answer clients questions
• Conduct in-home design consultations with clients to design finishes, select products and obtain accurate onsite dimensions.
• Responsible for accurate quantity takeoff, product pricing, proposal creation, and closing sales
• Responsible for customer follow-up
• Developing and following up on sales leads and referrals
• Use ActionFlow software for CRM, takeoffs, proposals, and sales process
• Job planning to ensure all material necessary to complete the job is procured
• Use Excellent oral/written communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with clients
• Work closely with sales team members to support a healthy sales workload and allow seamless customer service throughout entire sales process for clients
• Attend and represent Silver City at charity and community eventsConduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales.
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Adjust work priorities based on walk in customer traffic.
• Ability to qualify products and expectations with clients
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Experience:

• Proven experience in inside sales or a related field is required.
• Familiarity with technical sales processes is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Experience using ActionFlow or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach to business development and a passion for achieving sales goals.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Knowledge of:

• Products, materials, industry trends, design styles and appropriate tools to fabricate and install stone surfaces.
• Material properties and characteristics of various stone, quartz, wood species and tile materials.
• Principles and techniques for providing servant-based customer service and evaluating customer satisfaction.
• General overview of stone, cabinetry and other interior finishes fabrication and installation processes.
• General overview of Building Industry
• Design interior finishes to meet client expectations of color, texture, style, and functionality.
• Ability to qualify products and expectations with clients.
• Using mathematics to accurately perform calculations common to the construction industry

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
