Job Title : Bilingual Customer Service Ambassador
Location : 2251 Silver Creek Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76108
FLSA Classification : Non-Exempt
Position Type and Schedule : Full-Time
Schedule : Monday - Friday 7 : 00 am- 5 : 00pm and Saturday 7 : 00am-1 : 00pm, as needed.
Work hours are subject to change, and overtime is not guaranteed.
Pay Range : $17.50-$19.00 per hour
About the role
Silver Creek Materials is seeking a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative / Customer Service Ambassador with a can-do spirit and a servant's heart to assist customers with their landscaping, recycling, mining, and aggregate needs. The candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal direct supervision. Additionally, the candidate must be able to work in a stressful, deadline-oriented environment that requires thinking and acting quickly to resolve problems.
What you'll do
- Prompt customer service and response to customer or management needs.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and team members.
- Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions.
- Assist customers with issues while onsite (vehicle breakdowns, need direction, etc.).
- Assist with spotting trucks in the correct location for the equipment operator to move efficiently.
- Direct customers in a detailed, clear, and courteous manner.
- Learn product placement and recycling areas to clearly direct customers.
- Minimize errors through proper communication with customers and other departments.
- Communicate clearly with customers, loaders, dispatchers, and supervisors over multiple forms of communication. (Email, phone, instant messaging and radio).
- Ensure a safe environment for customers and team members.
- Perform routine detailed site inspections daily.
