Our company is seeking a Store Manager to oversee operations at one of our retail locations. The ideal candidate has at least two years of managerial experience, as well as a firm grasp of ethical business practices and quality assurance. The Store Manager will ensure the store maintains proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans, and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the employees and operation of a retail store.
- Interact with customers to serve their needs and help increase sales and profits.
- Manage all operations of a retail establishment including, but not limited to, ordering inventory and manpower, scheduling shifts, and hiring and training employees.
- Interact with co-workers and management company representatives.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Interact with other store managers, owners, and upper management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,972.00 - $51,085.00 per year
