What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Construction Project Liaison position at Silver Field LLC?
Silver Field Construction is a family owned business looking to grow. We serve all of Central Arkansas building new homes. We also manager rent to own properties.
Position is between 35-48hrs per week and some travel is required in the Little Rock/Central Arkansas area. It would be very helpful to live between maumelle and West Little Rock where most of the work takes place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking that paperwork is filed and data has been entered.
- Tracking marketing and reporting to leadership.
- Meeting with sub-contractor to discuss scope of work & signing off workers checklist to verify quality control
- Speaking Spanish & English helps
- Answering or calling customers to discuss new home build
- Preparing documents and contracts for new home builds
- Reviewing construction work at job-site and documenting for approval of payment to workers
- Preparing and submitting documentation for approval of permits or construction loans
- Reporting back to the manager detailed and accurate notes following any discussions with the customer or construction worker
- Assisting in communication with construction workers on daily tasks
- Assisting with budget management
- Undertaking projects on a regular basis, including social media posts or other marketing related tasks
- Personal assistant for the owners, including, but not limited to, diary management, email correspondence and organizing both internal and external meetings
- Attending meetings and producing follow-up notes
- Messaging Airbnb guest as needed and occasional airbnb cleaning when the primary cleaner is unavailable.
- Being able to respond to guest and customers as the contact you, which is not a uniformly scheduled thing.
- Running errands to assist the business owner
Essential Requirements:
- High School or GED minimum
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Google Drive spreadsheets, excel, computer savy skills

- Uses initiative with minimal supervision
- Ability to remotely without supervision.
- Dedicated to the quality and accuracy of projects from inception to completion
- Can manage a heavy workload with strict deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills
- Flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
