We are looking for a professional service representative with a "can-do" attitude!
This position is based in the lobby of our SW Branch at 21st/Urish.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) fills a critical role in educating customers and potential customers on the products and services available, often discussing and opening new accounts. By being a good listener and asking specific questions, the CSR can determine what individuals and businesses are looking for in their banking relationship and recommend solutions. The CSR will also assist as a teller when needed and proactively seek new business through referrals and recommendations.
Banking experience is required to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
