Vice President of Marketing for Silver Mirror Facial Bar

Location : New York City

Hybrid Role : 3 days a week in-office

Compensation

  • Base Annual Salary : $150,000 per year
  • Performance Bonuses : Up to $100,000 per year
  • Total Potential Annual Compensation : Up to $250,000

About the Role

We are seeking a technically skilled Vice President of Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of our growing facial spa business. This is not a brand marketing role; we are seeking a leader who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and laser-focused on performance metrics, conversion data, keywords, ad copy, and campaign optimization.

This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to create and execute a detailed marketing and revenue driving strategy, backed by data, while leading a team of two full-time employees and multiple contractor teams.

Silver Mirror Facial Bar is a cutting-edge skincare spa with nine facial bars across NYC, DC, and Miami. We are looking for a data-driven, technically skilled, and creative marketing leader with a proven track record of scaling multi-location service businesses in industries like beauty or fitness.

Key Challenges for This Role

  • Increase New Guest Attendance : Drive traffic and generate new customer visits across all locations.
  • Deep Dive Audit & Assessment of Advertising : Apply best practices across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Yelp Ads.
  • Improve Conversion Rates : Solve UX issues such as cart drop-offs, booking flow inefficiencies, and other purchase barriers.
  • Test & Optimize Creative Performance : Continuously run A / B tests on copy, visuals, and video to refine performance.
  • Leverage Hyper-Local Advertising : Identify and implement innovative, localized advertising strategies to amplify our market presence.
  • Drive Membership Growth & Retention : Convert non-members into members, increase repeat visits, and re-engage inactive guests.
  • Lower Acquisition Costs (CAC) : Optimize ad spend and improve cost-effectiveness across all paid media channels.
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Audit & Optimize Campaigns :
  • Evaluate and refine existing Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Yelp Ads campaigns to eliminate inefficiencies and maximize ROI.
  • Creative Testing & Execution :
  • Conduct hands-on A / B testing of ad creative, messaging, and targeting strategies, iterating rapidly to improve performance.
  • Innovative Strategy Development :
  • Explore and implement new hyper-local advertising methods to drive local traffic and awareness.
  • Customer Journey Optimization :
  • Solve purchase or booking flow drop-off issues and optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Membership & Retention Growth :
  • Develop campaigns to convert first-time visitors into long-term members and drive repeat visits.
  • Program Enhancements :
  • Analyze and optimize affiliate marketing, referral marketing, and SMS marketing programs for better performance.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Reporting :
  • Generate clear performance reports, highlight actionable insights, and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 years of experience in the beauty, wellness, cosmetics, or fitness service industry.
  • 10 years in marketing roles with proven success scaling service-based businesses.
  • 5 years in leadership roles, driving brand strategy and execution.
  • 10 years in digital marketing (SEM, SEO, and social media).
  • Hands-on expertise with campaign execution and tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Yelp Ads.
  • Technical proficiency with Klaviyo, WordPress, and advanced analytics / reporting tools.
  • Ability to balance performance-driven strategies with creative testing and optimizations.
