Landscape Care Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and groundskeeping, ensuring that our clients' properties are well-kept and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular mowing of lawns to maintain a neat appearance.
• Assist in the irrigation of landscapes, ensuring proper watering techniques are utilized.
• Carry out routine landscape maintenance tasks, including weeding, mulching, and planting.
• Provide tree care services such as pruning and trimming to promote healthy growth.
• Execute hardscape installations, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and basic repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Skills

• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices.
• Experience with lawn care, including mowing and fertilization methods.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and their operation.
• Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Ability to perform tree care tasks safely and effectively.
• Strong groundskeeping skills with attention to detail in maintaining outdoor spaces.
• Experience in hardscape installation is a plus but not required.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new landscaping techniques as needed.
