Spa Assistant/ Manager

Silver Moon Spa, LLC is a small spa in Lexington Park, MD. We are growing company, that prioritizes and supports our staff to create a healthy environment. With such a small staff, positive personalities and communication are essential and highly praised.

Our spa is looking for professional individuals, who enjoy interacting with people, to operate our front desk, maintain the cleanliness of our spa, support our service providers, and manage other day to day tasks . The ideal candidate will depict the skills and qualities listed below. This is a full-time position with some down time during slower hours.

Responsibilities

• Arrive promptly and with professional appearance for every shift.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stock and organize inventory in the spa, ensuring products are easily accessible.
• Maintain a clean and organized spa including floors, surfaces, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist customers with purchases, providing accurate service and product information as well as recommendations.
• Show flexibility and adjust when given suggestions or critics.
• Utilize effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation and positive customer experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38.5 per week

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Lexington Park, MD 20653: Relocate before starting work (Required)
