What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resort Food and Beverage Staff position at Silver Mountain Resort?
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cocktail and Food Server. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take accurate orders and follow established serving procedures
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items in a timely and efficient manner
- Enforce local, state, and federal alcohol laws, including checking I.D.'s and adhering to cut-off procedures
- Process sales transactions and handle monies
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the resort, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must have strong math skills
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Must be able to work on feet majority of shift
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds hip level, 15 pounds frequently shoulder level
- Must demonstrate positive, energetic, and helpful behavior towards fellow employees and guests
- Must adhere to all procedures and guidelines outlined in the employee handbook
- Must be flexible in work schedule
