CSR - Customer Service Representative

Duties

• Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback and resolve any issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Skills

• Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze information effectively and communicate findings clearly.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
• Excellent outbound calling skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with computerized systems for managing customer interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
