General Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Makes sales contacts, researches customer needs, and develops product and service solutions.
- Accountable for meeting and/or exceeding assigned sales objectives and monthly revenue quotas.
- Develops relationships with potential customers through regular sales calls and follow-ups.
- Manages the sales funnel to analyze pipeline activity and monitor sales performance against assigned quotas.
- Participates in public relations campaigns and community outreach on behalf of Silver Star Communications.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technical developments.
- Develops sales quotes and proposals for customers on technical products and services.
- Exceeds customer expectations by resolving issues with products and services.
- Maintains accurate records of daily activities and results, generates reports, and participates in sales forecasting and planning.
- Develops and maintains a comprehensive Sales Plan.
- Supports the company through personal use of products and services, promoting them within the community.
- Participates in marketing, market planning, cross-training, technical development, and testing of products and services.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to hold a valid driver's license in Wyoming or Idaho.
