Job Summary:
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of custom cabinetry projects, leveraging SolidWorks for design and development. The ideal candidate will effectively manage timelines, resources, and client interactions, ensuring that each project meets our high-quality standards and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of client projects, from initial client consultation through design, manufacturing, and installation.
- Utilize SolidWorks to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings of custom cabinetry designs, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, while adhering to company policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with designers, carpenters, and production teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the project.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that they meet quality requirements and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and change orders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in cabinetry or woodworking, with a strong understanding of the cabinet-making process.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, with experience in creating and interpreting 3D designs and technical drawings.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of cabinetry materials, finishes, and manufacturing techniques.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Skills:
