Overview
Silver Star is seeking a QuickBooks Bookkeeper to take on responsibilities of managing the company’s financial records using QuickBooks software, which includes tasks like recording transactions, processing payroll, reconciling accounts, generating financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data within the system.

Duties
· Process and prepares accounts payables, cash applications, and reconciles various general ledger accounts and subledgers.
· Conducts bank and credit card reconciliation
· Produce bi-monthly customer billing
· Works collaboratively with operations and admin team
· Specific projects and other ad hoc assignments as required
· Track capital assets and depreciation
· Maintain Vendor and Customer Accounts
· Process employee expense reports
Qualifications
· Minimum 3-5 years of general accounting experience
· Minimum 2 years of experience using QuickBooks (desktop) accounting system
· Highly proficient skills in MS Excel and Word
· You’re a detailed person with a penchant for preparing meticulously accurate work
· Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
· Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
· Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and be adaptable to various competing demands
· A poised and professional presentation with an ability to engage with all levels of the organization
· Ability to work autonomously but exercise proper judgement to escalate concerns
· Strong ethics and reliability
