Silver Tree Residential, LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Facilities Technician to join our progressively growing team at St. Clair Villa and Bridgeville Manor in Bridgeville, PA. These neighboring communities consist of 99 apartment homes for SENIORS, 62 and better.

Silver Tree Residential, LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Facilities Technician to join our progressively growing team at St. Clair Villa and Bridgeville Manor in Bridgeville, PA. These neighboring communities consist of 99 apartment homes for SENIORS, 62 and better.
Requirements:
- Working with the Directors in managing all maintenance-related and capital improvement activities within an assigned property.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as necessary or as directed by the Directors.
- Capable of dealing effectively with supervisors, residents, vendors, and co-workers.
- Satisfying work orders promptly and efficiently.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems and various appliances, stoves, dishwashers, disposals, and refrigerators is preferred.
- Some familiarity with electricity, plumbing, and carpentry is preferred.
- Assist in the make-ready process of vacant apartments to get them ready for new move-ins in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
- It is essential that the Facilities Technician report to work at his/her regularly scheduled work hours
Qualified candidates will, at minimum, have:
- 1-2 years of property maintenance experience.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and dependable transportation.
- Have the physical capability to walk all around the property (including stairs, lift heavy items, and otherwise perform a variety of physical tasks regularly as needed.
