How you will make an impact:
Join our compassionate team as a Lead Resident Assistant. You will embrace a resident-centered approach, treating every individual with unwavering dignity, regardless of their disease, diagnosis, or progression. This role works closely with the Resident Care Coordinator to monitor and oversee our team of Resident Assistants to ensure safe and quality care is delivered to each of our residents. If you have prior experience as a Resident Assistant with strong leadership skills, we would love to meet you!
This is a part-time position, 7 AM - 1 PM, various days with weekend rotation. Some holiday coverage is also required.What you will need:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum of three years of RA/CNA experience required.
- Three or more years of supervisory or leadership experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.
